10/10 had an amazing time! Went as a surprise on my hen do and whilst I was rubbish at a fair few rooms, I came into my own for some! The staff were so wonderful and made it such a fab experience! Would 100% recommend

Had an amazing experience today at Prison Island. What a fantastic venue! All the staff were amazing. Loved the briefing part of the tour and thank you to Hayden for this. Special mention to Tiernan for the great service once I had finished the games and he took me through my scores and also told about what else Prison Island had to offer! Loved it.

Came here for my boyfriend Brendans birthday and we did axe throwing with Robyn. Brendan was great hitting the bullseye every shot meanwhile i was absolutely hopeless hitting the ceiling/floor but Robyn gave me tips on how to throw the axe and i did end up eventually hitting the board ( twice in an hour ) but it was still a fun experience . Brendan loved it and reckons we should go again with our group of friends. 5 star help and friendliness from Robyn would definitely recommend.

We went as a group of 15 last weekend to celebrate a joint birthday and the team were really helpful, attentive and organised. If going be aware the car park is small. Plenty of on road parking around or park in The Range car park. Take time to read instructions outside the room and have fun!!!!

Visited a few weeks ago on a date night to try the axe throwing. Pre-booked the axe throwing and when we arrived we were checked in and asked to wait in the cafe area.

We were greeted by Bethan who introduced herself and brought us and another couple up to the Axe throwing lanes. There were 2 side by side and after a some safety instructions and a demonstration, to ourselves and the couple in the lane next to us, we were off.

REALLY enjoyed this, the backboard has different games (standard targets with points, connect 4 and balloons to name a few) projected on to it and you can change this using the tablet at just outside the throwing area.

Bethan was a brilliant host, really helpful and good craic. She was also taking photos and videos throughout for us and was able to airdrop them over to us at the end.

We'll definitely be back again in the future and would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this place! I went on a Saturday by myself to do the think boxes, and I loved it so much that I went back today to finish all of them. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. However, I would recommend going with at least another person, as the staff said the other activists worked best with at least two people.

Went to prison Island for my brothers 30th birthday, we did the think box which everyone in our group really enjoyed! We visited prison island recently and had a great day out we began with the 1 hour escape room challenges which were a great mix of challenges and just really good fun.
We were then booked in for the axe throwing date night which was great fun with our instructor Robyn showing us everything as none of us had done axe throwing before. Once we were confident we were able to pick from a variety of games. And the pizza was amazing too, overall great day out highly recommended.

there was 2 in my team, we referred to as the dinosaurs by the kids found that the hints for the games didn’t help much. We did enjoy the experience but felt that there was far too many in the game as trying to find an open room at some points was the game itself, at £25 a head I left disappointed as some rooms we really wanted to try we just couldn’t get into.

Was booked to start at 4 pm, split into two groups but had multiple false starts due software issues, 45 mins later and we were still waiting. Only one group actually got to do the quiz. Did get offered other activities but we had no interest in these.

All in all a thoroughly awful experience, should be zero stars but one star awarded for the staff who remained inexplicably enthusiastic throughout.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Prison Island. We came originally for the Prison Escape Rooms and were greeted and briefed by the wonderful Jodie. The quality of the challenges was incredibe. An hour and a half flew by. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked into Thinkbox the following day. We were lucky to have Jodie run the game for us. If you are an escape room enthusiast, I cannot recommend this highly enough. Fast paced, rewarding and varied puzzles, the while time lightly guided by Jodie. Absolutely phenomenal experience at Prison Island. We came originally for the Prison Escape Rooms and were greeted and briefed by the wonderful Jodie. The quality of the challenges was incredibe. An hour and a half flew by. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked into Thinkbox the following day. We were lucky to have Jodie run the game for us. If you are an escape room enthusiast, I cannot recommend this highly enough. Fast paced, rewarding and varied puzzles, the while time lightly guided by Jodie. We are already planning our new xt trip to Belfast with Prison Island being a must!

My partner and I went tonight to try axe-throwing and it was brilliant!

There was so many different games to try including hangman, trivial pursuit, connect four etc. Our instructor was David and he was incredible, very friendly and informative, encouraging and laughing with us throughout.

Overall an excellent experience and we are excited to go back and try the other activities they have to offer.

I decided to try it for the axe-throwing date night... This consisted of two pizzas and soft drinks. The food and game were fantastic and a lot of fun, and our instructor (David) was both entertaining and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend giving it a try 😊.

Visited here with my wife to go axe throwing and had a great time. The receptionists were polite, friendly and very helpful. Was coached by David for the hour we were there and he was a great teacher and easy to have a bit of banter with while we there. Would definetly recommend this to anyone especially if you can get coached by David 😂

A great place to spend time actively and pleasantly. Over 30 rooms, you get a token that opens the door and counts points for the team. The choice is from 1 hour to 2 hours of the game, I recommend taking 2 hours because it's not enough time to visit all the rooms. There are different rooms, e.g. climbing rooms where you have to climb to get the codes and at the end enter the result into the keyboard, there were also arcade rooms, e.g. you had to hit the ball into the goal, or throw tennis balls into small holes, or throw basketball balls into the basket, etc. There are also there are rooms with timed challenges, e.g. running around a maze and pressing buttons that light up as quickly as possible, or green circles appear on the dance floor and you have to jump on them while avoiding the red ones, there are also logical challenges, you have to solve math puzzles or repeat sounds or colors lights that turned on. There are also "floor is lava" rooms where you can't touch the floor and three people have to reach 3 different buttons and press them at the same time. There was also a sloping room where, even though it was difficult to move on the very curved floor, you had to solve puzzles. Overall, it's a great thing and many different challenges. Incredibly nice service, well-kept and clean place. Pre-flight training.

Really good fun! I went with 3 of my friends. I liked how there are 30 plus rooms and there is something for everyone to enjoy. I personally liked the more physical challenges but my friend preferred the music one. The time flies by!! Highly recommend! We went for lunch after for a full debrief!

Great day out for a birthday party. Kids had a ball and the scores screen is great for keeping track of progress. Would be nice to have cameras in a few rooms so you can watch what's happening.

Alex welcomed us and introduced himself. He then went through safety rules, and explained how to axe throw and all the different games available.
Alex was very friendly, vibrant, professional,, mannerly, encouraging and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and even better both of us scored a bulls eye on our last throw. Winner!!! Thank you Alex for being a super host.😃

We went here after being recommended it by friends. It did not disappoint. The format is excellent, and works well logistically as there are always challenge rooms open, even at capacity. The pricing is very reasonable too.

I have given five stars as we had a fantastic time. However if I were to make any recommendations for the owners, it would be to make the holds on the climbing rooms a little more forgiving/frequent to ensure visitors of all ages and abilities can participate...although this may be a reflection on our climbing rather than the design of the rooms!

Had my team social there and it was amazing! Everyone had fun and great time. We were a big group of 24 and staff was extremely helpful with getting things organised. They were available to answer any questions I had throughout organising. We did Quiz Boxing and it was fun! We loved the speed and music questions!

We had 6 adults and 3 children under 10yrs in our group. Everyone enjoyed it and the 2hrs flew by. Special mention to the staff, who were present, pleasant and helpful when needed but did not interfere with play. Ty for a fun afternoon.

We have done a lot of escape rooms, but this is more like Crystal maze style puzzle rooms, with a wide range of challenges. An hour and a half was perfect for two of us to do all the rooms, and go back into a couple we did badly in! Would work well for larger groups too. Recommended.

There are 25 different themed rooms and you can take on the challenges as many times as you like within the time slot you have purchased. Defiantly recommend if your looking for something to do on a date night or with a group of friends and family. There is a room for everyone! I would say to purchase the 2 hour slot as it means you can get into every room and even try some twice
