FINALLY! It is time to crown the FIRST-EVER WORLD CHAMPION of PRISON ISLAND!
Did you know, there are 68 Prison Island’s world wide with 10 in the making? World domination is in reach👌🏾
But first – PRISON ISLAND WORLD CUP 23!🙌
Grab your TRIO and get ready to take on our 25 challenge cells in our LOCAL TRYOUTS 2-11 OCT 23 to qualify for the Country Final!
Each session lasts 1.5 hours and all teams must consist of 3 players.
Our younger inmates will have to wait a few years to qualify – players must be aged 16 or over.
The World Final will be located in Anspach, Brussels hosting 12 countries, 24 teams!
One team will be crowned the FIRST-EVER WORLD CHAMPIONS! Will it be you?
‘We have been talking about a world championship for years and we are thrilled to finally be able to launch The Prison Island World Cup. We are especially excited to be able to give anybody a chance to represent their country in a world championship, all that it takes is the courage to try out ‘ – ANDERS JACKSON (President of Prison Island franchise).
HOW DOES IT WORK?

- Choose the time slot that suits your squad for Local Tryouts and get pencilled in – there will be a high demand for spaces, if you’re wanting to take part get first dibs now!
Belfast Locals:
Oct 2nd – 8pm – 9.30pm
Oct 4th – 8pm – 9.30pm
Oct 5th – 8pm – 9.30pm
Oct 8th – 7pm – 8.30pm
GET TRAINING! – Our prison has 25 challenge cells consist of 10 SKILL, 8 MENTAL & 7 PHYSICAL Challenges!
- LOCAL TRYOUTS – Split across a few days and times, teams will compete to BEAT THE BARS to progress into the next round! The highest scoring teams will qualify.
- LOCAL FINAL /COUNTRY FINAL Sunday 5th Nov 2023 7.30pm – Lucky for you guys, there is only 1 Prison Island in NI – meaning the Local Final and the Country Final will be combined.
- WORLD FINAL 25.11.23 – the TWO teams with the highest score will head to Anspach Brussels (hosting 32 cells) to represent BELFAST and HOPEFULLY be crowned the WORLD CUP CHAMPIONS – we’ve got this!Teams may be eligible to receive travel expenses for attending the Country Final & World Final – GET IN!👀
PRIZES TO BE WON!
- Each player in the Locals will receive a WORLD CUP LANYARD to take home.
- The team placed 3rd in the Country Final – (who just missed their place in the World Finals) will receive an exclusive Prison Island prize.
- The winner of the World Cup will be crowned the PRISON ISLAND WORLD CHAMPIONS
